What was I thinking??

Okay, I had intended to post daily updates from Vegas ~ but once I was there, it was clear there was not going to be any blogging going on. Way too many exciting diversions to keep me out of my hotel suite and off the computer!! Here is my week in a nutshell! Viva Las Vegas!!!

Vegas, Baby!

SPECKtacular Style will be on location next week in Las Vegas! Stay tuned for a week of culinary adventures, over-the-top shows, treasure hunts, lady luck, deck-out fashions, and photographic fun! Not to mention Thanksgiving ~ Vegas Style!

Decisions, decisions . . .

The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide that you are not going to stay where you are. The next step is deciding where you'd rather be. Those two are really the hardest steps. Once you've made a decision, then you are ready to go, one step at a time to get to your destination.

I love eccentric people with big personalities and crazy unique style! Ever since I was a kid, the individuals that stood out to me were the likes of Elton John, Cher and Dr. Seuss! People that dared to be really different and lead the way for the rest of us Fruit Loops in a world of Cheerios!  Just remember to "follow your nose!"

Spend more time with Joy!

Stop feeling guilty for doing the thing you REALLY love, you know those things you just get lost in, and forget the time!? Take your own personal joy a little bit more seriously and schedule some time for those things you think are Super~fabu~tastic!!  Make sure you are living your life in FULL COLOR!
