Live and Die 4 Art

Maybe it was the full moon the night before, but I woke up yesterday with this idea, literally out of the blue, to photograph my friend (and model) Ingie Markovich in a local art gallery (The Peter Blake Gallery), exploring the theme ~ to live and die for art. In a matter of minutes images and props ran through my head, I sent a text to Peter to see if we could crash his gallery for a few hours yesterday afternoon (thankfully he agreed!) and well, here are the results.

A Beverly Hills Holiday!

I spent a glittery day in LA with my lovely friend Ingie to celebrate the holidays. We leisurely window-shopped along Rodeo Drive, popped into the Beverly Wilshire for some champagne and oysters, and then enjoyed a late lunch at the newly renovated {and utterly gorgeous} Hotel Bel Air! T'was a grand affair! xox

Beating the Blues

Somedays I forget who I am. I just get lost in depression and things seem hopeless. I try to reach out for help, but there seems to be no one there. And I am faced with the sad reality that I am really on my own in this vast universe. But a day or two might pass and things seem better. The haze of gloom is lifted and I am reminded that things will not always be this way, tomorrow is another day.

Girl{friends}

The past couple weeks, I have been working on a new reality show concept with my two BFF's {Kim & Ingie} and we had a great pow-wow yesterday and zero'd in on what we want to "put-out-there" (to put it bluntly). I think we have some fun unique ideas and hopefully we'll have something to show for soon. Here are a few shots of the three of us ~ doing what we do best ~ having FUN!

Last week I was asked by the talented photographer (and my good friend) Ingie Markovich to do a photo shoot ~ I was thrilled with her unique approach and dramatic style ~ she titled this album "Annie's Wonderland" quite fitting I think!

I jump at any opportunity to wear one of my many wigs and dress up in outfits I might not have an occasion to wear under "normal" circumstances! I think its clear from the photos ~ I'm having a blast!! Thanks again Ing!! XOxo
