I have been a fan of Target for many years because they are continually improving, commissioning designer lines and offering a diverse selection of good products at a fair price. Just last week I picked up this denim jumper (in the kids sections) for under 20 bucks! I added a belt and some fun heels to give it a more grown up feel!
