get over IT!

Whatever "it" is, that is bothering you. Some hurt that you are holding onto, get it out ~ tell someone, make amends ~ either by forgiving or forgetting and get over it. Most likely in the grand scheme of things its minor in comparison to the real tragedies going on in this world today that you could be dealing with instead.
