Its always fun to think about things you would really like to do "this-time-around", and one of the items on my bucket list is to stay at an over-the-top ice hotel and see the aurora borealis light up the Northern skies, garbed head to toe in fur, while sipping some Russian vodka to keep my toes toasty!
